Commercial Driver, DUI with Refusal, No License Suspension

Our client was a commercial driver charged with a DUI and facing a suspension of his license due to a refusal to provide a breath and blood test. This would've severely hindered his ability to earn a living for it hinged on the individual's ability to drive.
