Van Nuys, 2nd DUI with Refusal, Not Guilty

Our client was charged with a second offense DUI with refusal in Van Nuys. It was also alleged that he was driving on a suspended license due to his prior DUI, and driving without an ignition interlock device (a total of five counts.)
